Menophine: one desktop app for six databases
Menophine is a local-first database application I built with Rust, Tauri, React, and TypeScript. It provides one interface for exploring databases, writing queries, and managing data.
The databases
The app supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis. That includes relational databases, document storage, and key-value storage within the same desktop tool.
Keeping it local
Database interactions and user data stay on the device. Rust and Tauri form the desktop stack, with React and TypeScript used for the interface.
